Buzzardstar ::the wise Buzzardstar sat at the edge of his den, his green eyes watching as the sun slowly started to rise into the sky. As it peaked over the horizon he watched with quiet anticipation. This would be a big day for him as leader of SkyClan. It would be his very first apprentice ceremony since they had gotten here. Sure some of the others were given their names, but this was different a kit was being made into an apprentice. One that he was sure had been waiting for this day for a few moons now. The thought of the young tom at hand made a small smile press into his lips. He remembered fondly of his own apprentice ceremony with his bro-- His thoughts cut themselves off for a brief moment while he contained himself.
With a deep breath he let his thoughts continue onto his brother. Mudkit was so lively everyone loved his enthusiasm, if he had lived past the age of twelve moons he would probably be standing here instead of him right now. He was a strong speaker, very convincing and playful he was the deputy's apprentice, while he for some reason was Cloudstar's. All he could remember was that two leg house breaker coming toward Mudpaw. And the crackle of his bones as it crushed him, he had been to upset to look though his wail brought many to his aid. Why had he let Mudpaw convince him to check on the humans? His ears fell for a moment as he let his grief come over him. When the light of the morning sun touched his paws he lifted his green gaze to greet it. With the sun brought restored hope as he got to his paws and started down the trail. Though instead of going the whole way down he used his personal side entrance to head up toward the Cliff top.
His paws pressed against the cool and damp earth as the ginger tom cat trotted toward the familiar pale boulder at the back. With one easy stride the long legged tom leapt onto the rock. His paws landing on the top while he claws extended to try and keep balance. When it was stable he turned around and sat back onto his hunches. From here he could see everything, his camp below and extending to the territory around them. Flicking his tail over his paws he straightened up, his ears perked and ready. He wanted to do this right, like Cloudstar did moons ago. Taking a deep breath he yowled in a loud and strong tone, "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, gather under Sky Rock for a Clan meeting!" he could hear his voice echo down into camp, and he waited patiently for his Clan to gather before him.

Zeypherkit To say nothing, especially when speaking, is half the art of diplomacy Zeypherkit padded forward. The small tom knew that he wasn't going to be a normal warrior or even hunter. He was old enough to remember the trip to the cutter. Or the vet, as he had remembered it called by other kittypets. His owners had never meant for him to be declawed. It really wasn't their fault, but the infection would have spread to his whole body if it hadn't been done. He smiled, at least it had only been his front claws. The small tom still had his back claws. He had been resting belly up in the sun when he heard his leader's call. Quickly he rolled over and began to groom himself all over. Every inch of his body had to be cleaned, from head to tail. Then, with a final flick of his tongue over the end of his tail he stood. Slowly he padded forward and sat with the other cats. He knew that this was his moment. Just what would it mean, Swallowpaw was already the medicine cat apprentice. Plus, that idea really did not appeal to him. To never be allowed kits. Never be allowed around she-cats. Really, he'd rather have his whiskers pulled out one by one. The young tom curled his tail around his legs and wondered, just who would be his mentor. He hoped they were kind and understanding. Cometpaw Sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eye. Cometpaw had been grooming herself. As she ran her tongue over her thick, fluffy tail she looked up. Oh, this had to be a ceremony, probaly that youngster Zeypherkit's. She stood and walked up to join the cats gathering for the event. She cast a glance at the little stray tom, feeling sorry for the poor kid. He didn't have any claws. He would be even less of a warrior than her. And he was a tom. Cometpaw sighed, she was pretty sure Zeypherkit was clever. Unlike her, Cometpaw knew that she was not a clever cat. She didn't need to be a clever cat. She turned her gaze to Buzzardstar and gave a little dreamy sigh. He was so very handsome. Blinkpaw Stare into the heart of the Abyss Blinkpaw looked up from his mouse, his eyes narrowed. Why was that clawless freak being given a ceremony. It was the only logical one. Unless, of course, that idiot Cometpaw was being given a full name. In his mind, both of them didn't deserve to be in the clan. Zeypherkit didn't have any claws. He could never be a warrior, he should have been killed on the spot. And Cometpaw, well. She as just stupid. However it was dictated that he attend, so the tom walked over and sat down, a little way from the rest of the crowd. Lilyblaze Never let your sense of morals get in the way of doing what's right. Lilyblaze just came into camp as the cry went out. She quicky skittered over to the fresh kill pile and dropped several fat and yummy birds. Her gaze flicked over the other cats gathering, warriors, apprentices, elders and even a few older kits at the edges. She smiled. Today would be a great day, another apprentice joining the ranks. She chanced a quick glance at Zeypherkit and smiled gently at him. "Good luck." she mewed. "I know you can do it, kid." she gave the little one a quick headbutt and padded over to join the other warriors. Lizardpool As the pebble disturbs the still pond. Lizardpool had been asleep. Then Buzzardstar called a meeting. She quickly scrambled to join the other cats, sitting among the warriors. The she-cat idly wondered who would train Zeypherkit. She wasn't sure she would be able to. She was good with kits, but not that good.

SWALLOWPAW Swallowpaw trotted from the medicine den. She had been sorting through herbs, but this seemed more important. Zeypherkit, the poor thing, was to become an apprentice. She knew he could do it, but the rest of the clan wasn’t so sure. The poor thing had no front claws. They had been taken by two-legs; the brutish creatures. How terrible, to rob a cat of its best defense. It was rather tragic. But then, Swallowpaw was a bit overly-dramatic at times. So, she padded forward, wondering who the young tom was to be trained by.
TIDEPOOL Tidepool crept tiredly from the warriors den, where she had been about to take a nice nap. She was so tired she could feel in her brain! But then, that was her own fault. She had been out late last night for reasons that were of no concern to others. Oh, this must be Zeypherkits apprentice ceremony, good. She did want to be awake for this. So, she shook herself awake and padded forward into the crowd that was gathering.

Buzzardstar ::the wise Buzzardstar was patient as he waited for his clan mates to arrive. Assuming most of them were just waking up, and would still be trying to compose themselves. Other may have been getting ready for the day when they heard him, so therefore awaking others . If neither of those where the scenario then it shouldn't take them very long to get up here. So he let himself relax for a moment allowing his striped tail flick over his paws and lay gracefully over them. His green eyes proud and soft as he savored the feel of the rising sun upon his first as it almost melted the slight chill of the night, bring warmth to the day and all those beneath it. It really was a nice morning for a ceremony, there was no cloud in sight and hardly a breeze to ruffled any pelts. It was if StarClan themselves wanted such a day to be so perfect. The handsome ginger tom smiled dipping his head to the skies in thanks.
It was then he heard the faint sound of paw steps as the other were most likely making there way to the cliff top. Buzzardstar instantly snapped a collected and calm face, the smile was lost yet he still held a warm tone to his features. Because a ceremony was still something to be happy about, and so he would allow no gloom affect his mood for the moment, he should be proud and he was. Even if bits of worry were still in the back of his mind. To his surprise Zeypherkit was the first to emerge and he greeting the tom with a kind dip of the head. It was his day, and he was pretty sure the young tom knew it was as well. He held back the purr in his chest remembering his day here oh so well. How proud he was, and how happy his parents were. Blinking back those memories he focused his mind upon the older kit. It was his time, and Buzzardstar's had already passed. Soon after a flood of warriors came to the top.
To each of them he offered a small smile, his eyes sparkled a greeting as well, his eyes rested on Cometpaw and then over to Lizardpool for brief moments before he ran his green gaze upon all of them. His eyes flicked over to see Swallowpaw and Tidepool as they brought up the rear. His eyes searched for Sunpelt who did not seem present, he wished to wait for her arrival but knew he could not waste to much time. Sighing he turned to address his Clan. "Cat's of SkyClan! Today we are blessed with the arrival of a new apprentice. One who has waited patiently through his kithood until he reached the age. Zeypherkit step forward." he mewed, voice strong and proud as he rested his green eyes onto him. Giving a small yet encouraging smile to him as he waited for him to walk forward. His eyes darted around to seem some unease at the concept, and though he knew he had no claws in the front, that he would make up for it. His mind pondered the proper mentor for said tom, and in moments a name surfaced his mind.
"I, Buzzardstar, leader of SkyClan call upon my warrior ancestors to look down upon this kit, who has waited long for this day. I now commend him to you as an apprentice, and to learn the ways of your most noble code. Zeypherkit you will now be known as Zeypherpaw of SkyClan. Tidepool you will mentor young Zeypherpaw, and I hope that some of your skills and kindness may be passed onto him." With that said the tom cat got to his paws and leapt down to the floor, resting his head upon Zeypherpaw's as was tradition before stepping back and allowing the others to call his name, and for his mentor to touch noses.

Lizardpool As the pebble disturbs the still pond. Lizardpool purred happily. It had been her that had found the tom kitten. She still remembered the little bundle of fur. Well, not so little. That had only been half a moon ago. The six moon old kitten was half starved when they found him. He hadn't been able to hunt. She watched as the tom walked, tail high in the air, towards the leader. He seemed confident that he could be a warrior. Despite everything that had happened. Lizardpool sighed, she had to admire the tom. Lilyblaze Never let your sense of morals get in the way of doing what's right. Lilyblaze grinned a bit and flicked her tail. After this she decided that shewould go out hunting again. The she-cat curled her tail around her legs and twitched the tip a bit. It had only been last night that she had been made a warrior, now a new apprentice was taking her place. So the cycle went, and so it always would. Blinkpaw Stare into the heart of the Abyss The only thing that stopped Blinkpaw from getting up and leaving in pure disgust at Zeypherkit's very existance was that it wasn't the proper thing to do. Instead the tom narrowed his eyes and watched, a sneer on his muzzle. That tom was a liablity to the clan. He was useless, a freak. He wasn't needed. When the other cats called out his name Blinkpaw remained silent. Cometpaw Sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eye. Cometpaw's eyes remained on Buzzardstar. She thought the leader was so very handsome. Maybe when she became a warrior he'd take her as a mate. Of course he'd probally want a great warrior or a clever cat as his mate. She was neither. This thought somewhat depressed her and her ears drooped. Then her ears pricked u as the cats began cheering Zeypherpaw's name. She joined in, chanting loudly and happily. Zeypherpaw To say nothing, especially when speaking, is half the art of diplomacy Zeypherkit padded forward. His tail twtiched, the tom was nervous. Would he do well, would he fail. How would he be an asset to the clan. The tom smiled a bit, he may not have his claws. But he had his voice. He had his ability to read body language. Not all cats were warriors that ripped flesh and fur. Some battles were fought with quick wits and the right set of words. Words were nothing short of magic. The right words could make a cat cry, laugh. Choose the right series of words and people would change hearts and minds. They would follow. Zeyperhkit flicked his ears as he heard his name changed. No longer as he Zeypher the loner. No longer was he little Zeypherkit. Now he was Zeypherpaw, apprentice of Tidepool. The tom padded up to her, his tail flicking. He smiled up at Tidepool, then leaned in and touched his nose to hers.

[glow=blue,2,300]Stormfire[/glow] He ran through the forest, the scent of prey heavy in the air. Pushing past a dense clump of brittle green undergrowth, he spotted his target. A plump squirell ran along the lower branches of a gnarled oak tree. He silently followed the squirell for a few more paces. He bunched his muscles and pounced, his white claws outstretched.. Stormfire awoke suddenly, the exitement of the hunt still lingering with him. He felt the soft, damp grass on his pelt, and looked around only to find himself just outside the leafy entrance to the warriors den. As the sunlight shifted, Stormfire realized he must have dozed off just after climbing out of his nest. He would have to scold himself for that later.. Hearing his leader's call for a clan meeting, Stormfire found a warm patch of sun and settled down once again to listen. Turning his head slightly, he caught sight of Zeypherkit padding meaningfully out of the nursery. The deputy pitied the small tom, having no front claws. And it was made only worse, in Stormfire's opinion, for Zeypherkit in the fact that SkyClan already had a Medicine Cat Apprentice. He looked towards some of the apprentices and saw them throwing Zeypherkit curious stares, and an alarmingly rude glare from Blinkpaw. Stormfire shook his head. They shouldn't be discriminating him. He knew all too well what that felt like, being brought into the clan as a young loner. Of course, he still had his front claws, so he imagined it being worse for Zeypherkit.. As Buzzardstar announced that Zeypherkit was to become an apprentice, Stormfire nodded approvingly at his choice of mentor. Tidepool would teach Zeypherpaw well. He joined in with his clanmates, cheering out the name of SkyClan's newest apprentice. He noticed Blinkpaw was the only cat quiet among the entire clan. Could he really hate Zeypherpaw that much?

Robinpelt was proud of the clawless kit. She had just walked in from hunting when Buzzardstar had announced a meeting. Zephyrkit deserved a chance, even if some cats didn't think so. Speaking of some cats... Robinpelt stopped cheering for a moment to walk over to her apprentice. He was most likely the only cat not cheering for the newly named apprentice. "Blinkpaw!" The brown warrior scolded. "Why don't you cheer for your new denmate? He deserves some compassion!" Robinpelt finished, holding a small glare on her apprentice. The she cat felt ashamed of Blinkpaw. He should know better! And she hadn't given him a harsh scolding, hers was fine. She hoped no one noticed her apprentice. She walked back over to her spot, again including her own voice in the chanting.

Stormfire watched Robinpelt scold Blinkpaw. He nodded slightly, sifting a small leaf under his large gray paw. Climbing to his feat, he saw his clan heading towards the fresh-kill pile. Remembering that it was still the beginning of the day, the deputy made a mental note to himself to send out a few extra hunting patrols that day. Despite his outward hostility, Stormfire chose a thrush for himself and padded towards Blinkpaw. "I know I'm not your mentor, but if you want to be respected by your clanmates, show some respect for them." He was obviously reffering to Zeypherpaw when he spoke to Blinkpaw. Nodding at the apprentice one more time, he trotted toward SkyClan's newest apprentice. "So," Stormfire started. "How do you like your first few minutes of being an apprentice?" He smiled at Zeypherpaw, pride in his eyes. SkyClan was getting stronger every day.

Robinpelt felt more embarrassed than ever when Stormfire had to speak to her apprentice. Stormfire! She trudged over to where he was speaking to the new apprentice. "Stormfire, I am very sorry about Blinkpaw. It won't happen again," she said to the deputy. Robinpelt was thoroughly embarrassed, not just because he was deputy, but also because he was handsome. Robinpelt had always admired the tom, for his looks and skill. He did well under pressure, he was strong, and he was smart. He came up with good plans. Robinpelt looked up to the handsome warrior. "I'll make Blinkpaw clean out the elders' den. He deserves it for being so disrespectful." Robinpelt blushed and padded off to instruct her apprentice to do so, hoping she hadn't sounded awkward.

In my oppinion i would make a good contest organiser because i am very active on the forum and i am very interested in the contest board. I think that i would be the best person to choose because i have been on the forum for quite a wile now and i have a very good understanding of the forum and in-game rules.I am usually know for being very creaive which would help to plan and create the perfect contest. My first language is English so i will have no trouble with writing. I also like the idea of other types of contests other than art for example, photography, writing ect. On DrA i have got to know the community very well by being in some of the boards and so it would be very easy for me to know what the forum would like to see in some of the future contests.
To be honest i can be hyper at times around the forum when i want to be, but when it does come down to serious stuff like planning an official contest i would never muck around.I think that as i am a very sociable person that could help with working together with other contest organisers. Here is an example of a contest im currently planning (here) I think that i would make a great contest organiser because i have alot of free time and i am always looking for some way to do something helpfull, and i would be very pleased if i could help DrA in this way.
